A quick and easy air fryer recipe for perfectly cooked salmon fillets infused with a delicious garlic butter flavor. Crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside.
2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to create the garlic butter mixture.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of each salmon fillet generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
