Ingredients

Scale

4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups spinach leaves
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Add chicken breasts to the pan and pan-sear until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Return chicken breasts to the pan and simmer in the sauce for 5-7 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
Add spinach leaves and cook for another minute until wilted.
Serve chicken breasts arranged side by side, spoon sauce over, and garnish with spinach.
