Ingredients

Scale

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 large egg
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Using wet hands or a spatula, press and spread the dough evenly into a 10-inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the crust is set.
Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle the 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
Add the sliced pepperoni, black olives, and green bell pepper evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle dried oregano over the toppings for added flavor.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
