Baked Boursin Salmon

Tender salmon fillet baked with a creamy Boursin cheese spread infused with garlic and herbs, finished with fresh lemon zest and dill.

Ingredients

Salmon fillet (6 oz)
Boursin cheese (2 tbsp)
Lemon zest (1 tsp)
Fresh dill (1 tsp, chopped)
Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Season the salmon with salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the top of the salmon.
Sprinkle lemon zest and chopped fresh dill over the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the cheese topping is lightly golden.
Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before plating.
