Ingredients

Salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon juice
Unsalted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 7-8 minutes or until the exterior is crispy and salmon is cooked through, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Meanwhile, melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir in lemon juice and a pinch of garlic powder to create the lemon garlic butter sauce.
Arrange the cooked salmon bites in a circular pattern on a white round plate.
Place a small bowl with the lemon garlic butter sauce in the center of the plate.
Garnish the salmon bites with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
