Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush each chicken breast with olive oil on both sides.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Bake in the preheated oven for 22–25 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden and slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Plate each chicken breast centered on a round white plate and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
