A quick and healthy Lemon Air Fryer Salmon recipe that delivers tender, flaky salmon with a bright citrus flavor and crispy edges. Perfect for a nutritious weeknight dinner.
2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush the lemon and spice mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the salmon before serving.
