Grilled salmon fillet seasoned with lemon pepper and topped with a garlic butter sauce, featuring a crispy exterior and tender, flaky interior.

Ingredients

salmon fillet (6-8 oz)
lemon pepper seasoning
unsalted butter
garlic cloves (minced)
fresh lemon juice
fresh parsley (chopped)
salt
black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillet evenly with salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning.
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
Flip the salmon carefully and grill for another 6-7 minutes until the exterior is crispy and the interior is tender and flaky.
While the salmon cooks, melt unsalted butter in a small pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove the pan from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley to make the garlic butter sauce.
Brush the grilled salmon fillet generously with the garlic butter sauce.
Plate the salmon fillet centered on a plate, garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of parsley.
Serve immediately while warm.
