4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken thighs on a large sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Rub the oil evenly over the chicken skin.
Pour the honey sauce over the chicken thighs, making sure they are well coated.
Arrange the lemon slices around and on top of the chicken thighs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden and crispy. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
