2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
8 small corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lime, cut into wedges
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Pour the salsa and chicken broth over the chicken and seasoning.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
