Pepperoni Pizza Bread

A delicious and easy-to-make Pepperoni Pizza Bread featuring a soft bread base loaded with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, and spicy pepperoni slices. Perfect for a snack, appetizer, or casual meal.

1 loaf of Italian bread (about 12 inches long)
1/2 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
30 slices of pepperoni
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the loaf of Italian bread horizontally in half to create two long pieces.
Place the bread halves cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the cut sides of the bread with olive oil evenly.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the cut sides of both bread halves.
Sprinkle the garlic powder and dried oregano evenly over the marinara sauce.
Distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce on both halves.
Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Slice the pizza bread into 6 equal pieces and serve warm.
