Chicken Meatloaf: Garlic Parmesan Flavor

A flavorful and moist chicken meatloaf infused with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a comforting dinner.

1 pound ground chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, milk, egg, chopped fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with olive oil.
Transfer the meat mixture into the loaf pan and shape it evenly.
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve warm.
