1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
