Ingredients

Scale

2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, dried thyme, crushed dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat all wings evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook the wings at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, open the air fryer and flip each wing to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
Continue cooking for an additional 10-13 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
