Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin side down, making sure they are not touching.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and spoon any remaining marinade over the top.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
