Ingredients

Scale

4 large flour tortillas
1 pound ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
4 tostada shells
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Cook the seasoned ground beef in a pan over medium heat until fully browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
On each tortilla, spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
Add a portion of cooked ground beef on top of the cheese sauce.
Place one tostada shell over the beef layer.
Spread sour cream on top of the tostada shell.
Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese over the sour cream.
Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over the filling, creating a hexagonal folded wrap.
Heat a clean pan over medium heat and carefully place the folded Crunchwrap seam side down.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown with slight crisp edges and warmed through.
Remove from the pan and place flat on a plate for serving.
