Ingredients

Scale

16 potstickers (dumplings filled with ground pork and cabbage)
6 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons soy sauce
4 fresh ginger slices
3 garlic cloves, smashed
3 green onions, sliced
2 cups baby bok choy, trimmed and washed
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
Add ginger slices, garlic cloves, and soy sauce to the broth. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
Add potstickers to the simmering broth. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until potstickers float and are cooked through.
Add baby bok choy to the pot and simmer for another 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
Ladle soup into deep white bowls, ensuring potstickers are submerged in the broth.
Garnish with sliced green onions and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
