Ein einfaches und schnelles One-Pot-Pasta-Rezept mit grünen Erbsen und roter Paprika, das in nur einem Topf zubereitet wird. Perfekt für ein leckeres, unkompliziertes Mittag- oder Abendessen.
300 grams Spaghetti
1 red bell pepper, diced
150 grams frozen green peas
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
750 ml vegetable broth
200 ml water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Add the diced red bell pepper to the pot and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the vegetable broth and water, then add the spaghetti, making sure the pasta is mostly submerged.
Add the salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low.
Simmer uncovered, stirring frequently to prevent the pasta from sticking, for about 10 minutes.
Add the frozen green peas to the pot and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the peas are heated through.
Remove the pot from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
Serve the pasta immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
